How long will it take for delivery?
Your order will be shipped out within 5-7 business days. The estimated delivery time depends on the option you choose at checkout and your location.
Do you offer refunds for paperbacks?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive wrong or damaged items. If either of these apply, please contact me with photos of wrong or damaged items and I’ll get that sorted out for you. Claims must be submitted within 3 days after delivery of the product. I will not offer refunds after 3 days of receiving your order.
***If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, unclaimed, or undeliverable status, and you paid for the shipping then you will receive a full refund. However, if you received free shipping and the order is returned, you will be eligible for a partial refund. ***
Do you offer refunds on ebooks?
Due to the nature of digital items, there are unfortunately no refunds for downloadable item's; this policy is noted on both the item listing and here under FAQ's. If you made an error in purchase and possibly need a larger bundle that includes the item originally purchased, then I would be happy to accommodate those kinds of requests.
Do I have to pay for custom fees?
It's important to note that when ordering internationally, customers are responsible for paying any customs fees or import duties imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. In some cases, packages may be held at customs until the fees are paid. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand the specific regulations and fees that may apply to your order.
